Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying experience with us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

2. Returns & Replacements

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • Damaged product

  • Leaking or broken jar

  • Wrong product delivered

If you face any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

3. Refunds

  • Once your issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, based on the situation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.
